Attitude adjustment

As of late, I have been disgusted with some of my negative thoughts about certain things which is inevitably damaging to my spirit. I watched a funny/sad movie called Camille the other day with Lonnie. At the end of the movie I realized I had to change some of my thought patterns. So far it's not going too well. If desire counted I would be good to go, but the road to hell is paved with good intentions.



There are several things that I really want to focus on to feel like I am a better person. To help with this I thought I would try to make myself accountable to journaling two things that made me happy that day. Focus on the positive.,..just focus.


Two happy things today:

  1. Completed homework. I had a ton of overdue homework to finish from being sick and I did it all in one day. Ah...what a feeling.
  2. My honey. The reason I was able to do all that homework was because my husband chose to do all the "mom stuff" that I normally do. Thanks honey.
