There are several things that I really want to focus on to feel like I am a better person. To help with this I thought I would try to make myself accountable to journaling two things that made me happy that day. Focus on the positive.,..just focus.
Two happy things today:
- Completed homework. I had a ton of overdue homework to finish from being sick and I did it all in one day. Ah...what a feeling.
- My honey. The reason I was able to do all that homework was because my husband chose to do all the "mom stuff" that I normally do. Thanks honey.
